Consultations

New Patients

New patients to the practice are asked to arrive 5 minutes early for their appointment to complete any necessary paperwork prior to their consultation. Alternatively, a link will be sent to you so you can fill in your details online.

However at the time the appointment is made we do request that you send in your referral letter to us.

The referral letter is a Medicare requirement and it is stipulated by them that it is the patient’s responsibility to have one at the time of the consultation.

On receiving this we will send you out some information on our practice which includes our location, fee structure and a registration form which ideally should be completed at home and brought to your appointment.

Payment at the time of consultation is required and we accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, EFTPOS, cash and cheque.

Confirming your Appointment

An appointment reminder will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS prior to your scheduled appointment. You will need to reply with “Y” to confirm. If you reply “N”, please also call during business hours so we can make another appointment.

If you do not have a mobile phone, we will call you the day before to remind you.

Cancellation Policy

In order to be respectful of our practitioners and the medical needs of other patients we ask that you call us promptly if you are unable to attend your appointment.

To cancel your appointment please call our reception on 9500 9099.

If you do not reach the receptionist you may leave a detailed message on the voicemail. You may not cancel via email.
